Carli came out to our house last night to tell us about the Hague water softener system and show us how hard our water was. Never realized how bad your home's water system is until you physically see it in person. Our family struggles with a handful of things that are affected by water-related issues, for example eczema, scalp issues, excessive dry skin, etc. I was talking to Carli about it and her family actually struggles with a lot of the same issues. She told us so much helpful information in regards to those things and how a water softener system would help us tremendously. She made her visit feel so much more than just selling products, she showed how much she truly cared to help families, explain things thoroughly, and answer any and all questions we had. Never did we feel as if we were being rushed or forced into purchasing products. All around she was absolutely AMAZING and has out-of-this-world great people skills. I would recommend her to anyone without even thinking twice! We are so excited to have our system installed this evening! Carli, keep up the amazing work, the company deserves more employees like you! Thank you so much for everything!

Not often I do the full 5 star, because everyone can improve. However, today was unique; two people arrived. Tim introduced himself as the main representative, then introduced his trainee Leon. Both were quick and efficient while Tim instructed Leon on the process and stepped back. I do not see on-the-job training often. However, this was well-structured. Also, I have never had the same person twice. If all personnel are trained as I witnessed, I hope to see Leon again in 2027. PS This was annual maintenance.

Jay was so nice and communicative. He was so knowledgeable about the system, speaking as a salesperson and as a user. Dave was so quick and clean with the install, and even went the extra mile fixing a section of old pipe in our house that had corroded. Even after purchase and install, the team is open to all questions and service. The rest of the team was just as nice and knowledgeable. I genuinely would recommend Hague to anyone and everyone!

Thank you, Dennis! We originally bought an AO Smith from Moore Environmental; my parents have a Hague, and we thought they were the same. We realized that 1. they're not, and 2. Moore installed our system wrong and some of our water was bypassing the softener. Dennis worked with us to get the installation fixed and get us a deal on a new Hague so we didn't end up paying full price twice.
